Course Fee Refunds
- Course fees are non-refundable once the student has been enrolled and classes have commenced.
- No refunds will be issued after access to course materials, classes, or training sessions has been provided.
Registration & Admission Fees
- Any registration, admission, or consultation fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Missed Classes
- Fees will not be refunded for missed classes due to personal reasons, late joining, or absenteeism.
- Make-up classes may be offered at the discretion of management, subject to availability.
Course Cancellation by LLC
- In the rare event that a course is cancelled by London Language Counsil, enrolled students may be offered:
- An alternative batch, or
- A partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
Payment Disputes
- Any payment-related concerns must be reported within 48 hours of payment with valid proof for review.
Policy Updates
- London Language Counsil reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
